CONTACT

Planning an event in Latvia? Send the date and location.

For an event in Riga, Jūrmala or elsewhere in Latvia, send the date, venue, guest count and expected languages. I can then suggest the right hosting model, including whether a Latvian-speaking co-host is needed.

ENQUIRIES IN LATVIA

A few details make the proposal much more useful

Latvia often requires early language planning because the same event may include Latvian, Russian and English-speaking guests. The right setup depends on which language is primary and which parts need to be fully bilingual.

Venue information also matters: central Riga, Jūrmala and countryside venues can require different travel, setup and technical arrangements.

01

Riga

Share the venue and event type so I can estimate the practical hosting and technical setup for a city-based event.

02

Jūrmala

Sea-side venues often involve longer programmes and a transition from ceremony or conference to dinner and evening entertainment.

03

Languages

English and Russian are hosted personally. Full Latvian can be added through a duo format with a colleague.

01

I check the date

From the date, location and event format I can quickly confirm whether I am available and able to take the booking.

02

We discuss the format

If the date is available, we discuss languages, programme style, technical production and the most suitable service option.

03

We meet

I recommend allowing 1.5–2 hours for an in-person or online meeting so we can discuss the programme and the key decisions without rushing.
