ABOUT ME
I first picked up a microphone at 15, and by 17 I was already working at a radio station. Since then, microphones and audiences have been a constant part of my professional life.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
At an event, emotions are what people remember. My job is not to fill every minute with talking or activities. It is to read the audience, understand the mood, keep the evening moving and help people relax.
That is why I avoid forced toasts, repeated pressure to drink and vulgar games that can make part of the audience uncomfortable. Before every event I spend time understanding the clients, their wishes and the details that matter. Every celebration is its own picture, created together by the host and the guests.
APPROACH
I first picked up a microphone at 15, and by 17 I was already working in radio. That experience taught me to react quickly, speak clearly and understand the pace of an audience.
Participation should feel natural. I avoid forced toasts, repeated pressure to drink and activities that can put guests in uncomfortable situations.
Before an event I recommend a 1.5–2 hour meeting. We discuss not only the programme and technical setup, but also the guests, expectations, the rhythm of the event and the details that can shape the whole atmosphere.
Quizzes, auctions, nominations, guest-made film tasks and other activities are selected for the actual audience rather than used as a standard package.
Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, Spain and Turkey.
People engage best when they do not have to be pushed. The host's role is to help the room relax and create space for real emotion.
LANGUAGES
I personally host events in Lithuanian, Russian, English and Polish.
Latvian and Spanish can be provided in a duo with a colleague.
If the audience needs an additional language, an AI-based simultaneous interpretation system can be used.
